Your life is full. You value a life of meaning. Perhaps you’re buzzed and thriving on it all, high on hope of a new season. Perhaps you’re feeling a little dull, numbed out from navigating so many things going on in your life or in the world around you.
If only you had a little intentional space to just breathe and be present — to honour the things that are going on in your life or that are tugging at your heart for attention.
Step into this time of entering a new season to come and take to pause, show up for yourself and set your intentions for your path ahead in this fun and unique vision board workshop, with a calligraphy twist.
In this workshop you will be invited to:
- Reconnect with yourself in an intentional space of reflection through guided prompts, visualization, journaling and mindful lettering in an encouraging, supportive, brave space.

Hone in on the messages your life is speaking to you. Craft your vision and clarify your values to design a life of meaning to guide you in this season.
- Create a unique and portable accordion book to distill insight revealed as a powerful reminder.

Share honest conversations and create meaningful connections with other like-minded, big-hearted people in community.
By sharing in honest heart-centred conversations and creative art expression, you’ll have opportunity to make meaningful connections with what’s going on in your heart and life, and with others in community.
All of you is welcome here, whether you’re feeling stirred to be still or to speak, whether you’re dressed and in your office, or taking zoom calls from bed in your messy bun with the camera off. Whether you consider yourself creative or not, beginner or seasoned — all levels of artists, non-artists, calligraphers, and curious calligraphers, are welcome! Even if you think you have bad handwriting, you are welcome here. Beginners and all levels of mindfulness also welcome (no prior experience necessary).
Focusing on creative exploration (and less on precise technical how-to’s), this workshop will empower you with expressive lettering as a tool for self-care and self-discovery.
Come with an open heart, ready to be present and to engage. Leave with a fresh perspective and a fuller heart to embrace the season ahead with clarity, confidence, and intention to fill your life with the things that matter most to you.
Whether you consider yourself creative or not, beginner or seasoned — all levels of artists, non-artists, calligraphers, and curious calligraphers, are welcome! Even if you think you have bad handwriting, you are welcome here.

WHAT TO BRING: All supplies and refreshments will be provided, so come as you are, with an open spirit and positive attitude to learn and make connections. If you have art supplies of your own you would like to explore with, feel free to bring them with you.
You will receive a confirmation immediately upon payment. Course information will be emailed to you 1 to 2 weeks before the class date, and a reminder email closer to the date.
REFUNDS are not available, due to the nature of workshop venue commitments, however you may defer your ticket to a future workshop, or you may transfer your ticket to a friend. If the workshop is cancelled due to not reaching the minimum number of participants required to run it, you will have a choice of deferring your ticket to a future workshop, or receiving a full refund. If there is no future workshop date available, you will receive a full refund.

Unable to be recorded? If you are not comfortable with this, for in person workshops notify us of your request to be excluded from recordings. For online workshops, you may keep your camera off and microphone muted. If you have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to communicate these directly with us.
GIVING BACK: 10% of proceeds will go to Servants Anonymous, a charity with a proven long term success in freeing women from a life of sexual exploitation in Vancouver and globally.
