• To ensure the protection of the product, we package the items in a sealed protective plastic sleeve before inserting into a thick cardboard mailer, so that it stays flat during shipping.

• Please allow 2-4 business days to process and ship your order once it is received. Allow an additional 5-10 business days for actual shipping time to USA, and 5-21 days for International shipping. All shipping carriers advise to prepare for delays due to COVID-19.
